Hi, My name is Lynsey Knight, proud owner of Lynsey Knight Reflexology. I am a fully qualified and insured professional reflexologist based in South Wonston, Winchester and member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR) The Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)

Qualified with a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology under the tuition of Louise Keet, one of the UK's foremost reflexology practitioners and author of the Reflexology Bible, I am truly passionate about Reflexology and the incredible support it can provide. I don't believe in 'one size fits all' and absolutely love to learn, always looking for ways/ideas to gain knowledge and enhance the treatments I offer. I work primarily from my home in a beautifully peaceful space with stunning views, ensuring maximum relaxation. I also offer mobile appointments to those that prefer treatments in the comfort of their own home.
